SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Once your order is placed, our customer care team will follow up with an email confirmation. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the order. Delivery times can vary, especially during holidays and weekends. Orders delivered within the region should arrive within 7 days after processing. International shipping may take up to 21 business days. A tracking number will be provided once the goods are dispatched. Zenitshi24 LLC is not responsible for customs duties or clearance fees. If the customer refuses to pay customs, they will be charged for delivery and return costs.

You can return products within 14 days from the date of receipt. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. We will refund the full price of the products, including the cost of sending the item to you and back to us.
