Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange. You’ll receive an email confirmation to keep you updated.
Returns Period:
You have 14 days from receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return or exchange items. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns outside this period may not be accepted.
Condition of Return:
All items must be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging, including any dust bags and authenticity cards. The original shoe box is considered part of the product and should be returned in a protective shipping box.
Due to the delicate nature of the soles, shoes should be tried on a clean, dry, protected surface (e.g., a carpeted area) and kept away from any moisture. Shoes returned without a box, in a damaged box, with marked soles, or missing components such as dust bags may not be accepted and will be sent back to the original delivery address.
If you notice any marks on the soles upon receipt of your order, please contact Customer Service immediately and do not attempt to clean the marks off with a damp cloth to avoid staining the leather soles.
Items that have been altered or repaired by an external service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Important Information:
To ensure a quick return process, please send all items from the same order in one parcel whenever possible. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, as it is considered part of the product.
Returns:
Items can be returned for a refund. Please book your return by following the instructions provided in the “How to Return” section. Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy. If accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of your return and refund.
Exchanges:
Exchanging an item for a different size is free of charge, subject to stock availability and adherence to our Returns Policy. To request an exchange, follow the instructions in the “How to Return” section and specify the desired size. Once the original item is received, it will be processed according to our Returns Policy, and the exchange order will be shipped to the original address at no additional charge. You will receive an email confirmation of this.
We cannot exchange items for different colors or styles. If you prefer a different color or style, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Note that items can only be exchanged for size once. Any items received by exchange that are unwanted will need to be returned for a refund.
Receiving a Refund:
All items returned in accordance with our Returns Policy will be credited to the original purchaser’s account, including sales taxes but excluding delivery charges. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
Restricted Products:
We cannot accept returns for made-to-order items (including select styles from special collections).
Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Faulty Items:
An item is considered faulty if it is received in imperfect condition or if a manufacturing fault occurs within one year of delivery. Damage from wear is not considered a fault; refer to our Care of products page for more information.
Before returning a faulty item, please contact our Customer Services Team with the following information:
Proof of purchase/online order number A short description of the quality issue Supporting images of the affected area Our Customer Services Team will advise you on the next steps.
All damaged returns are inspected by our quality control experts to determine if an item is faulty or if the quality issue was caused by wear or improper handling. We may offer to repair your item, but repairs are not guaranteed.
If your item is faulty due to a design error, we may be able to replace it. Replacements are subject to availability, so please state if you would like this option when requesting a return.
